We are proud to present one of our flagship projects: a multi-story light steel structure building in Nablus, Palestine, completed in September 2024. This innovative structure was designed and executed using our proprietary Hybrid Steel System (HRS + CFS) — a breakthrough that allows us to combine Hot-Rolled Steel (HRS) with Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) for optimal strength, cost-efficiency, and speed of installation.
With a total building area of 505 m², this three-floor residential structure was designed for Acopal, a valued client seeking a fast, modern, and efficient solution that didn’t compromise on structural integrity.
Our Hybrid Steel System was born out of a need to balance strength with lightness, speed with precision. Traditional steel structures can be resource-intensive, slow to erect, and costly. By combining HRS for main load-bearing elements with CFS for partitions and secondary framing, we innovated a method that offers:
